Breath -Therapy

Our breath connects body and spirit: When we are relaxed our breath is normally deep and quiet; when we are emotionally stressed and tensed we often have shallow breath and are challenged to “take a breath”. Many people have forgotten how to correctly breathe. In breath therapy, you will re-learn how to breathe deeply and relaxed. You will learn to fill up all of your lungs and body with fresh air and new vitality. Breath is life!

A great bi-product of this therapy is that it helps release old blockages, to win more “life space” and place to create fresh new intention.
