YOGA-MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Experience Yoga for an evening in its depths with
deep breathing & energizing and calming exercises.


On this evening workshop we will practise a dynamic flow of yoga positions,
synchronized with focused breathing. We will start with grounding and energizing

exercises to activate the vitality of our body, and to release stress and tiredness.

You will be motivated to go beyond your every day limits to open up for a deeper connection to your inner source of power. You can experience a more profound relaxation and clarity of mind afterwards.

After the break you will be guided through calm, relaxing and regenerative Yoga postures to nourish your body and soul. You will find deep relaxation and experience the transforming and healing qualities that Yoga offers. Enjoy an inner travel through the different layers of your body and mind. We finish this Yoga-WS with a guided meditation which opens up your heart and healing potential.

Body and mind can regenerate and you will take the calm, centering energy with
you into the week! You will learn exercises that you are able to practice at
home afterwards.

Please bring comforta
ble clothes, a yoga mat, (a yoga block and yoga belt – if you have) and a blanket. We will have a small break where different sorts of tea will be provided. All levels are welcome.
